The car still needs 2 pieces of trim, which are back ordered. We appreciate getting the car now, but would have preferred to have all the work completed today. We understand that you can’t control parts delivery. My suggestion: for cars that safe to drive, order and receive the parts then have the car in for repair. That would limit the time the owners are without their car and would minimize rental car costs if a rental is needed.
