I appreciate the updates you sent on the status of the repair of my car.

Everything was great from the time I walked in for an estimate to when I picked my car up. My car looks great!!!

It was done well and on schedule or sooner than expected, even. I loved the communication. I know constantly calling people cam be tedious, and I really appreciate your effort in keeping me informed.

The customer service was excellent! In fact the customer service couldn’t have been better!! However after I drove off the lot, I began noticing problems with the work that was done. One of the door handles that was replaced only operated from the outside. We are out of town, and anytime the passenger wants to exit my vehicle, they need to roll down the window to pull the handle on the outside of the vehicle. That’s frustrating and embarrassing! And when I stopped to get gas, I had to remove the paper and tape that the paint shop had forgotten to remove from the fuel compartment. And when I opened the back of my vehicle to load our luggage, I found my old tail light unit and a cup that had been used for paint. The door handle is by far the biggest problem because this vehicle is essential for my job, and now I need to come back and spend more time without this vehicle while the handle is appropriately fixed, which results in loss of wages for me. It’s an honest mistake, but I’m frustrated... Again, the customer services was great. The exterior paint looks great. But one of the most important repairs for the simple operation of the vehicle wasn’t done properly.

Car looks great. They even got me my car 45 mins early so I could get to an appointment. They also keep me update daily.

Could not drive presently,so at the time of car pick up,the young man deliver it to me, so appreciative and happy. My car looks brand new, clean both inside the outside, job well done team!
