My bumper was not installed properly and I hope it was a genuine Acura bumper. I had to leave my car over the weekend there at Jerry Hamm for them to make it right. They will be picking up the rental car fee as the insurance company won't cover that because the bumper didn't fit. I trusted Jerry Hamm. Ken Genre, my former husband for 21 years brought our cars to Jerry Hamm for all those years. When he moved to Tallahassee he still brought his vehicles to Jerry Hamm to your mechanics. I know it's a different department. His still brings his 1987 Caprice wagon, suburban, my son's 68 camero etc because we trusted the name. All I had was a little bumper to be replaced.
