Very friendly! I love the texts that updates me about the status of my car and the detail report about what was done to my car. It's very convenient to have an Enterprise on site. I've never had get my car fixed bring that this was my first accident but this process was extremely smooth for me. Steve and the guys were very nice and kept me updated every step of the way no matter how many times I called to hug them. The experience was awesome. I would recommend anyone to them. Even after I picked up my car I was nervous about driving it. One of the guys looked and it and put more fluid in my car just in case so I would feel safe because they replaced my radiator. Thanks guys so much for taking car of me and my impale.
