I think the job that was done was beautiful and you really can't tell by looking at it that anything was ever wrong.
Being without my car for over a month was inconvenient and stressful. I realize part of the delay was having the insurance company decide if they would total the vehicle. I also thought it would be nice to get occasional updates on progress or approx dates of completion.
