The performance of your team exceeded my expectations. After reporting the claim to my insurer and arranging with the insurer for the repairs to be made at Pompano Ford, Bob Moncaco called me to set up an appointment. I dropped the vehicle off with Joe Geddes, who I've worked with before and who is always excellent, and was on my way in minutes. The team at Pompano Ford kept me informed and updated throughout and delivered the vehicle in immaculate condition a day earlier than promised! I will never hesitate to recommend Pompano Ford, especially their collision center and Joe Geddes. They made the best out of my bad situation (car accident). Thank you!

Overall very happy. However somehow paint dust was all over the dashboard and seats. It did come off so no harm done but it's something that should not be happening.

Please do not contact me. I won't be returning after waiting 9 days for a repair that supposedly took 3-4 to finish, plus the parts they needed had already been ordered. It caused extra financial cost and excess stress to me. I don't want a repair shop that I have to call to figure out what's happening to my vehicle after it should have already been back in my possession.

It was a great experience.we feel that both David's were extremely proactive. They kept us updated and we're quick to make us aware of questions. They also dealt directly with our insurance company.
