I want to thank Forest and Steve for working hard for me. My car looks fantastic. I gave them a pretty difficult Time throughout the process because of several delays we experienced and I also wanted my car to look just like it did before the accident. They exceeded my expectations.

Very pleased with the service we received to repair our Pacifica. We had been rear ended in December. Dropped the van off Monday. We had it back on Friday. Steve is awesome. Answered our questions and assured us on the steps we needed to take.
Steve Carey went above and beyond in getting my Jeep Wrangler repaired. It was broken into and my passenger side window was smashed and essentially gone. He searched and found a window and replaced it the same day! When I picked it up, my Jeep had been washed and the remaining broken glass had been cleaned up. This made my day and I’m so appreciative! You are the worst. While in line waiting for my car 2 other customers were going on about how terrible your dealership has treated them as well. Clueless. Seriously

I was wet impressed with the quality of the repair. Was worried about match and blending but I had absolutely no issue. I was also very impressed with the fact you cleaned the inside of my car. A nice touch. The only thing you could improve is your communication. I called several times and was told someone would call me back but no one ever did. I always had to initiate communication regarding status. The automated notices are worthless.
Rediculous how I bought a brand new jeep with so many problems. This last time I took it in to get 3 fenders repainted because of factory left blemishes in the paint and two seats replaced. Went to pick it up today and full of scratches. Every side of the vehicle. I hand washed it myself before any work was done and know for a fact it didn't have any. The scratches were clearly from it having work done. Now I have to be ok with them buffing out scratches on a brand new vehicle. Yes they did put in a gas door free of labor but now I have a ton of scratches that are from taking it here.

Do not damage a customer's vehicle and not notify the customer. Luckily I inspected my car before leaving the lot. Completely unacceptable customer service
I asked to keep the logos from my old grill and was told I could have them. They were not given to me. My car was repaired essentially to my satisfaction.
