They returned my truck to me with an issue where the truck vibrates and shakes when braking, then insinuated that the truck may have been doing that prior to my accident. After establishing that it wouldn’t make sense for me to blame Gabe’s for a preexisting issue since the truck is under warranty and a lease thru Paddock Chevy (a partner of Gabe’s ), they agreed to diagnose/correct the issue, which they were unfortunately unable to do, so I am left to bring it to dealership and hope they’ll resolve the issue.

The work done was great and happy to go there and the convenience of the enterprise is great too. My car had unexpected issues that are at no fault to Gabe’s but the excessive wait time between finding new problem shows that the car was not being worked on and being left for over a week at a time. What was supposed to be ****-3 day fix turned into over a month and much of that time was not due to waiting for part delivery. Still happy with overall work done.

Excellent service and the bodywork flawless. Couldn't have been happier - really nice that Enterprise was right next door which made my car rental easy. I also sent a note to Andrew (I think that was the manager's name) recognizing 2 of the guys who were especially helpful to me.

The staff did a great job keeping me informed on everything from part’s delivery to scheduling including following up to resolve any issues. Phil, Andrew, Tori, and the other guy who worked with Phil did a great job. I’m very happy with the door replacement, front end work, and paint job looks great. (Looks like new).
