The lady I spoke with was so helpful and so sweet. They even fixed a part of my car that I didn’t even mention initially. Extremely happy with the results. Will definitely come back if I have any more issues.
I got regular updates about my car on my phone. That was way cool! According to the updates, my car would be ready on July 20th. However, I got a call on the 18th saying it would be ready on the 19th. I picked up my car and the blind spot monitor still didn't work. I took the car back the same day and they (Tejas Toyota) had to keep it another day! Something with the computer had to be reset and they didn't do that! Furthermore, no one walked me out to my car to explain the work that had been done. They just thanked me for my business and sent me on my way! Basically, nobody checked to make sure my car had been fixed.

According to my insurance claims adjuster, my repairs should have taken only 4 days. I do understand that there will always be delays, but my car was not completed until 26 days after arrival to Tejas. This created an issue where I took out additional insurance on my rental that I cancelled after day 11 and still owed 411.00. Had I know it would be with collision for an extended period of time I would not have taken out the additional insurance and just taken my chances at having to pay another deductible from my original insurance.
Everyone on your team was polite and helpful. The process was as easy as it could possibly be. I would defitely use Tejas again and will even buy my next car from Tejas despite it being a long distance from my house.
