I was soooo happy with my car, I was really overwhelmed with the CLEAN car. Job was Awesome the customer service was outstanding. The people at BBA were on point (POLITE) and updated me with very move the car was going through. i can go on and on, i would recommend these guys for sure .

THE MOST PROFESSIONAL AND COMPLETE SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED.
FROM THE VERY BEGINNING SHELBY, MIKE AND JACKIE, WERE PROFESSIONAL, HELPFUL AND WELL INFORMED. ALMOST ALL OF MY QUESTIONS WERE ANSWERED BEFORE I ASKED THEM. I FELT WELCOME AND IN GOOD HANDS.
JUST AN INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE. USUALLY YOU DO NOT HAVE A GREAT FEELING GETTING A CAR FIXED FROM AN ACCIDENT, YOU BEING OUTSIDE OF THE LOOP FEEL VULNERABLE TO THE SYSTEM. THIS WAS THE EXACT OPPOSITE FEELING. TRUSTED AND RELIABLE.
I WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND BBA TO EVERYONE I KNOW.

When evaluating the damage, the claim adjuster noted that one of the license plate bulbs was out, which was just above the damaged bumper. Instead of offering to replace a $**** bulb, the BBA rep said that she would estimate it for me to pay for it outside the repair bill. I don't view this as excellent customer service. Here was an opportunity for BBA to show excellent customer service. Otherwise, we are very pleased with the repair and the handling of the claim.

Im sorry to say. I had about $18/$20 in a small compartmwnt on the gear shift console. I opened it last night to find it missing. I just want to let you know. Otherwise the service was beyond my expectations. Thanks so much!
