Overall I was very satisfied and the car looks great but it was disappointing to get it so many days later. I do understand why though, mistakes happen. One thing I would love to suggest is that if you know the insurance company texts the client that their car is done when you enter the final estimate - don't enter it until the car is actually finished or make sure the client knows ahead of time that this will happen. That being said though I really appreciated the car being dropped off at my place of work after the mix up. Thanks again!
