I love the livonia service king. I recommend everybody to go there for service repairs. I dealt with service king for over 5 years and I always was 100 percent satisfied. They do a great job and they do it in a timely manner. They keep you updated on what's going on with your vehicle at all stages. You don't never need to contact them because they are very good at keeping you informed. You can not get a better service than at service king livonia. Thank you so much. As a Service Manager for an electronics company for over 20 years I know the service industry very well and all I can say is that the level of attention I received from Service King was nothing short or amazing! Debbie Gunther at the Livonia location not only gave me daily emails on the status of my repair but at the end of the day she called me with a recap. To top it off not only was the work they performed excellent, they had it done a day earlier than expected! I would definitely go there again and will also recommend them to friends.
