Service King representatives were most informative about needed repairs. Their updates on the status of repairs were timely, and the compketion date was much sooner than anticipated. After having driven the CRV long enough to get an impression of the repairs, both Kathy and I are completley satisfied with the high quality workmanship. I trust that USAA will continue to keep Service King as a preferred rapair facility for its members. Though I am hopeful that their services will not be needed again, I would not hesitate to have them repair my vehicle.
