Went to the east colonial location and not only was I told twice my car was fixed when it was not, they took an extra week to complete it. They also let my car sit on, unattended for hours which used up almost a half tank of gas. My car normally gets 22-28mpg and then read at only 10mpg because it clearly sat on running for hours. When trying to speak with the GM he wanted to take no blame in the negligence of his staff, or his own, and only apologized “that I felt I had to lay blame on someone”. He also lied and said the car was not left on and running, even though another service manager told me it was left on because “they couldn’t figure out how to shut it off”. As if that’s not condescending, and frustrating enough, the GM also tried to “fix” an issue the top was having, that had already been neglected from before and WASNT EVEN BROKEN WHEN I BROUGHT MY CAR IN. After seeing him open up my hard top convertible half way, and watching it almost collapse on him I had to explain to him that convertibles are not meant to be opened half way and left like that, as they are not made to distribute and bare that king of weight while being tampered with. Do not, I repeat DO NOT take your vehicle here unless you want to wait an extended period of time to get things fixed that weren’t broken when you dropped it off. The piece on my convertible top is not even fixed and I DO NOT TRUST these people to touch my car for another day. I asked for gas reimbursement since they let my car run dry to the point of literally having less than 5 miles worth of gas in it, and he told me he would be in touch but can’t guarantee anything, which is ridiculous as well since they are now costing me an extra expense that was unnecessary. The GM clearly has little knowledge of cars, as well as customer service. Extremely extremely dissatisfied with this experience and will be seeking further compensation from corporate leaders, and turning them into the Better Business Bureau as there Work was not completed, or done properly 3 times and is still not finished properly, and the fact my car was left on an unattended for hours, is completely unacceptable. This place is either a scam running for insurance money, or just full of people who have absolutely no idea what they’re doing.
