Other than not getting my name correct, after telling people 100 times that Irene is my partner (I am Kathy Harmon, and the car is MINE), I was EXTREMELY pleased from start to finish. The Rep who I dealt with, Ynessa (not sure that I spelled that correctly) is a real asset to your company. When she wasn’t there Katie stepped in and handled things promptly and efficiently. The entire staff of employees mad a bad situation so much better, and the car looks GREAT.
