Worse Body shop ever. The peaple in this shop lies ,waist time and money. From me. 10 day to fix my car 10 days for replace a front light,and scratches, and they Fixed super bad. and I have all the pictures to prove. They are nice in the beginning, but when you complain for his bad work they immediately are rude. They replace brand new front light,nd when I check and I found scratches, this guy Gustavo ho works in this place, says. Is be couse we take it to car wash, and get the scratches from a car washs spinners. Ridiculous right. Waste, All State. Money,and my to, Please dont take you car in to this place, Horrible experience. I take my truk to a place ho really are professionals. PERFORMANCE AUTO COLLISION. INC. Next door. From this unprofessional Service King.

My car was initially repaired by the Alpharetta location but is currently at the Hwy 92 location because the initial repair job was not well done. The door they were supposed to fix was not fixed properly and this other shop has to buy new parts for it. There are broken pieces such as the door handle that were not replaced. The paint job was not well done, there are obvious top coat errors and this other shop now has to redo the whole thing. There are still dents in my car that were not repaired and many other issues. The Hwy 92 store was very attentive when I was showing them all these issues and he even made a list and circled things on my car so they would not miss anything the second time around. Not only were the repairs poor but the customer service was very poor as well. The person who helped me from the Alpharetta location was quite rude every time I spoke to him on the phone. He made it seem as though it was a big inconvenience to give backup/evidence to the insurance company on what parts needed repair. This is a very simple task that should not irritate the representative. That is part of their job. Because of this issue, he delayed giving the insurance company what they needed which in turn made it difficult for me to keep my rental. I had to constantly call both him and the appraiser to ensure they were communicating so that the appraiser could extend my rental. When it came time to pick up my car, the representative from Service King told me that they didn’t have time to clean my car. When I arrived it was sitting out front and no one was even trying to wipe the inside down a little. The car was filthy and had a horrific stench of burnt plastic. Not only was it filthy but the repairs were not well done resulting in me taking it to another location. If they needed more time on my car then they should have either informed the insurance company or provided me with a rental because it took longer than they expected. When I did get my car back I spent a day or two looking at it and driving it to ensure I noticed all the things still in need of repair. I called corporate to ask them what my next step would be and to also inform them that one of their shops was not up to par. I then got a call from the manager at the Alpharetta location and he argued with me on the fact that I wanted a different location to re-repair my car. He also said that they were rushed on my vehicle. When I spoke to the guy at Alpharetta who was my representative, he made it sound like my car was perfect except for the fact that they didn’t have time to clean it. If that were the case then it wouldn’t have been a big deal but because there were many errors, I don’t see how one more day could have made a difference on the repair job. I told this to the manager but he seemed to ignore my comment. I then had to contact corporate once more the have someone else call me. The manager at the Hwy 92 location called shortly after and asked if I could bring my car in the next week. He was much nicer then anyone I’ve spoke to at the Alpharetta store. He made notes, arrows, circles and comforted me saying they would fix it right. I, nor any of the people I know, will be going to the Alpharetta location because of this. I have also heard from another person that they called to get an update on a car at the Alpharetta location and the same representative was rude to him as well. If you would like to contact me in order to make a difference at the Alpharetta location please feel free as someone needs to address these issues if they want to continue getting business. If they continue the way they’re going, they will never have a return customer.

Car is back at Service King. Color was wrong. Bumper was fit to car poorly. Gray areas along the seam between the bumper and the body of the van. Needs complete do over. Not what I expected seeing as the job you did on my Kia was spot on. This is a real mess.
