My car was delivered to the shop in full working order. Minor damage to the driver side door was repaired satisfactorily, however, calibration issues caused a delay in completion and ultimately the car had to be towed to the dealership because it was not functioning. While most of the communication from Crash Champions was effective, communication on the day of pick up was misleading. I was sent a text that the vehicle was ready. When I arrived, the person handling my car repair, was away at lunch along with the manager. The front desk staff put a call out to the person overseeing the repair to locate the keys. The interior of the care had not been cleaned. I reported this to the front desk staff member and she said I would have to wait until they returned from lunch. During the phone call there apparently was no instruction that I should not drive the car and should wait for their return back to the facility from lunch. I was given the keys and drove away, but within a half mile or so, the electric vehicle was inoperable.
There were complications with the repair related to calibration, but again my vehicle was in full working order when it was driven to the facility for repair of the door, and following repairs was not drivable due to electric calibration issues and loss of electric power.

I noticed my gas inlet seems to be to high tried pumping gas in it and the gas nozzle seems to go in with difficulty never had that problem before. It looks like it’s protruding up to much. needs to be adjusted

The small panel wasn't replaced. My insides interior leather seats are filthy with white dust. Carpet is covered white dust.
