My vehicle came out looking really good great job
I do NOT want to speak with anyone from the Blue Island, IL location. After 9 weeks there should have been no issues with the vehicle. Instead there are scratches on doors, epoxy spilled on the bedliner, the driver's side spot mirror was apparently knocked/ripped off then glued back on wrong, the driver's seat belt doesn't retract, over spray on doors, hood and door jams, poorly detailed windows and mirrors smudged & streaked, the truck bed was never even cleaned out, it still has sanding discs, disposable gloves, etc in it, along with a "nice" 9 week layer of body shop dust. Throughout this ordeal, I never once heard an apology for anything. "SERVICE" is anything but "KING" at Service King!!!
9 weeks for a job that other shops told me should've only taken **** to ****-****/2 weeks.
Bob from Service King in Blue Island, IL is incredibly rude as is his manager. Bob misled me on how long my car would take. I had minor damage and he had my car for 10 days and pushed back the completion date 3 times. The cost of my repairs was being paid for by my insurance company and they were told the cost is 926.72. Bob ended up doing more work and did not get payment consent from my insurance company and did the work anyways. The total cost ended up being 1500.00, and he threatened me over a mistake he made. I will NEVER bring my car back there and would highly recommend that no one go there and I will be posting on every social media account imaginable. Someone like Bob should not be working with the public.

Since Allstate wasn't going to cover the paint on the lift gate (I had paint there before the accident, the collision knocked it off, and I didn't know the prior paint job done before I bought the vehicle in January 2014 was bad), I would have appreciated the promised call on Thursday so I could have gotten an estimate for that. While it was there I could have had that repaired. So I don't feel my car is fully repaired since I didn't know the paint job was bad before this accident.

When I got my car, the activated headlight warning light was on, the head light don't move as they are supposed to. Your representative acted as if he had no idea what's wrong. I want my headlight working.

My suv was returned with the back seat being let down, my things were thrown all across the back, and the net that is in the trunk area of my suv was removed and not put back up as it was before. Also, when I dropped my suv off it was one notch off of full and when I got it back it was three notches off of full. I would have appreciated if my suv inside was returned the way I dropped it off to Sevice King. I am highly disappointed.
