Everything was great.

I was told that my car was ready for pick up, upon arrival I noticed that my bumper was still not set right and that it was displaced. I was told that aftermarket brackets were used, and that I would have to wait until the parts are ordered and bring my car back in. I return the rental car. I think i should have had some say as to whether or not I wanted after markets parts used on my car, in which I did not. I was reassured that they would order the parts from Toyota and I can bring my car back in to get it fixed. At this point I don’t trust that if there are any other hidden damages to my car, I would be notified of it. I think Service King has the best interest of the insurance company in mind and not the customer. I’m almost certain that down the line I will be responsible for some hidden damage that I haven’t been informed of. I really would like to finish my service somewhere else.

Kiry was great! Knowledgeable and honest. He kept me updated and on the loop. Great experience overall.

My advisor and the receptionist were very friendly and helpful. My car was fixed faster than I anticipated and they washed it before bringing it to me and to top it off I got a nice little gift for being a valued customer. I had a great experience and would recommend service King to others.
