Wasn’t do right at the beginning. Paint job was bad. Paint drips all over front hood and sands was still stuck with paint. But second time was great. Still need a little adjustment at bumper. After all great service and great representatives.

Excellent service! Got the VIP service! Updated daily on repair status. Repaired vehicle very quickly vs estimated time! Car is roadworthy and runs like she is right out of the dealership! Awesome fast experience!

I was lied to repeatedly about when my car would be done. It just kept taking longer and longer. When I finally got my car back there was a really bad shake to the engine and the paint job they did was horrible. I had to take it back. They repainted it and told us the shake was fixed. The paint actually matched that time but the buffing job made it look like fine scratches all over the doors. I dealt with the paint but still wasn't happy. And the shake in the engine was still there. I had to take it back in again! Then they had me take my own car to the Mazda dealer where they finally found a bent CV joint and fixed the shake. After a while I got sick of looking at all of the buffing scratches and I just got rid of the car. I have a new car now. I would never bring another car to you again or recommend you to anyone! I don't want to be contacted your company has wasted enough of my time. You need better and honest techs.

My car came out perfect, the customer services was wonderful, and I received a free car wash which I did not expect. Thank you!
