I had a second concern for body work/repair that did not involve an insurance claim. I asked the agent to address that repair while the car was in the shop and it was never looked at or addressed. When I picked up the car I was “blown off” about the second uninsured repair. I would not use your company again. Because I am female, your male agent did not feel the need to explain repairs or cost to me.
