I was very frustrated about being side swiped in the middle of the night and waking up to seeing the damage to my SUV. Allstate customer service and Service king made this whole experience much better. I was treated with respect, concern, and kindness from both services. Kevin from service king was great...I was very happy to see that they not only made my car look new but washed and detailed cleaned the car. I was so afraid to drive it off their lot because it was perfect. I appreciate everyone who helped me thru this terrible experience.
