Did not like that service entered automatically under my husband' s name. Probably came from insurance company but it was irritating to be addressed by my husband'S name continually. I am a full owner of the vehicle and while I kept my husband informed of what was going on it was my responsibility for the repair and my husband never had any communications regarding this repair.
