My leather seats and insides of driver door were covered in grease. Also my spare tire was removed and left out on top of the stuff in trunk. Not quite sure why that even needed to be removed since the tire that was damaged wouldn't be replaced with my spare tire, right? Even if it was a full size spare because then my spare would be missing without me knowing. Annoying. The car seems to be repaired nicely but it is sometimes details that are skipped that stick in a customers mind. Especially the grease, it is where I sit and spend all my time, in the driver seat. I had to clean my seats so I wouldn't get my clothing dirty.

Jules was super courteous on the phone and greeting me when I arrived! Chris kept up communication with me throughout, reviewed everything with me at pick-up time. The car repair quality seems good from the outside! There was a problem with communication, however, between Allstate and the towing service, as well as between Allstate and Svc King. I believe Allstate is at fault for these miscommunications, but it caused me a real inconvenience and delay in getting my car worked on. Thank you Service King for a great job all around!
