This is the BEST experience I've ever had with a body shop. Manny kept me posted pretty much on a daily basis, and battled with the insurance company as well. He won! John DelaPena was very kind and informative as well. Answered all questions in a timely and honest fashion. The crew did an amazing job! One of the battles with insurance was being able to use OEM parts as it is a leased vehicle. It's worked out perfectly, and now we have no worries that when we turn the car in at the end of the lease, there will be zero issues.
