I was extremely satisfied with the work after my vehicle was finally completed. I was not happy with the length of time it took for my vehicle to be repaired. However I was explained the reasons for the delay. I would like to commend Mike for a job well done. He did communicate effectively with me to keep me informed of what was going on with my vehicle and was very nice when I came to pick up my vehicle. I would definitely come back for more service.

The only thing that I didn't care for was whatever was sprayed in my car. It wasn't pleasing to smell and I've been driving with my windows open to get rid of it.. and no, it wasn't the paint... the car looks great though!

Michele and her team did an amazing job. They were consistant professional at all times. Its rare nowadays that customer service include not only a clear understanding of what mechanical work is being performed on my vehicle, but patient. Needless to say my experience with Michele and her team was great!

I had to call to see if my car was ready and it was. May had been finished days before. The car looks beautiful, and they cleaned the inside for me as well. I was very, very pleased. I wouldn't have anyone else repair my car.

Ashley at the front desk was polite and helpful. Dominic was awesome. He called me and kept me updated on the status of my car at every step of the process. He was accurate and efficient. I would recommend this shop even if it was not the one required by my insurance.

I am appreciative for the repairs. The only thing I would have liked is for more communication initiated by the company. John was great, but I had to continuously call him for an update. Also, the time it took for the car to be completed was considerably longer than the estimated time. With that being said, however, I would rather wait then be rushed and not have it done correctly. Thank you!

My completion date continue to change by weeks and daily. Friday i was told my car will be done by 12pm monday. 12pm monday comes then i am told well it will be done by 230pm monday and that i could start making my way up there if i wanted. I drive up there pick my car up at 345pm. Then i get a call at 435pm saying i can pick my car up that is done. My advisor always had different cost smounts, and different parts that needed repair. Then calls back with totally different repairs that needed. He continued to change what i needed done and what cost i was responsible for. He sounded unknowledgeable about cars. He must think i am stupid or trying to get over on me because i am a female. My brother is asi certified and manager of another dealership. When he listened to what my advisor had said he wasnt understanding what one thing had to do with the other when i questioned keith he would then say he needed to talk to the tech and would stumble over his words. When he would call me back a totally different story was told. My car completion date went from feb. 24th. To march 10th. To march 11th. To march 24th. To march 27th at 12pm. Then march 27th 230pm. Then after i returned the rental and pay my part of the repairs. I leave the dealership. Then an hour later i get a call that i can pick my car up. I have tires for life and was told my one tire has a plug in the side wall and that i would have to pay 150 to replace it since you are not suppose to plug a side wall of a tire that there is nothing you guys can do for it. What is funny is that i took my car to you guys previous because i had a leak and you guys are the ones you plugged my tire and charged me 19 or 20 for that. Only reason i come here for service is because of my extended warranty and vanishing deductible. But after this cluster storm of crappy customer service, unprofessional, and extremely long wait time I will take my car to another chevrolet service dealer and just pay the 100 deductible just to avoid jerry's it's not about me!! I am highly dissatisfied. Oh and I get my car home just for the light to come on saying add window washer fluid it is low. Oil change doesnt include topping off differential fluids then that should be communicated. Plus i talked to a few coworkers nd friends and they all said "we told you not to buy nor deal with Jerry's." I should have listened to them. Lesson learned. Asked to soeak with a manager and was transferred to several people sll of which are not the managers. Or the manager wasnt in. The manager would be calling me back. I told management you wanted them to call you. No management called me. All around awful experience.

My only quibble is that I did not receive any status updates - like when the repairs had been started. I did receive a call when they were all done. Thank you for detailing my car! It hasn'the been this clean in a long time. And the car looks great!
