The staff in the collision center were friendly and accommodating. They offered to call Rental car vendor on my behalf. They were able to assist me immediately to complete my estimate and allow me to arrive at work on time. They kept me aware of the progress of the repair every step of the way. They even completed the repair one day earlier than anticipated. I will definitely recommend them to friends and I will use them again if I sustain a physical damage loss.

Excellent service and very timely repair! Dan, my service representative, was extremely friendly and courteous. He was prompt, kept me informed, and called me yesterday letting me know my damaged tailgate was repaired and ready ...two days earlier than promised! When I arrived just before closing time Dan quickly ensured my tailgate was reattached. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Thank you Dan and all of the staff at Ford of Mboro collision. Dan was awesome! I couldn't have asked for better customer service from him. I will need to call this morning because the repaired door handle will not automatically open and close (but will by using the key fob or front button) and the seat belt at that door will no longer retract and has to be manually pushed in. Also, my radio and clock say, "code" (I might be able to find that in the owners manual, a friend said). Thanks, again, to Dan for making this unpleasant situation much more pleasant!
