I recommend that you put a bell in the reception area. I sat there for 10 minutes before someone came out to greet me. I think it would help speed up the process

I was rear ended and my insurance recommended I take my car into your location. I didn’t think anything of it and just thought this was a regular car shop, but I was pleasantly surprised! My car was done ahead of schedule (**** full day to be exact) and when I got my car back, it had been washed and cleaned! I couldn’t have asked for better service or nicer people!! Thank you so much for making my experience so fantastic!!

Wonderful customer service- thank you Thelma for your friendly and accommodating service. Thelma helped make an otherwise unfortunate event (being rear-ended & requiring repairs) a less stressful. experience. The repairs were completed nearly a week prior to the estimated completion date. The mechanic was friendly and helpful. Fix Auto Orange also washed the car and returned it to me cleaner than I left it :)

From the time I walked in everything was going smoothly and very professional. The young lady talking care of everybody has very good customer service skills and was very helpful. The day I returned everything was fixed and they even washed my car for me and I really appreciated that. Fix Auto comes highly recommended in my book Thank you very much for taking care of my car.
