Everyone was wonderful, from getting an estimate, to getting a rental, to repairing the damage. Office ladies were so nice - I was impressed with all their knowledge. Hope I don't HAVE to get another repair (this is my second one there) but would definitely choose Ian's again if I need more repairs. Everyone I had to deal with was EXCELLENT!!!!

The car looks good. The paint seems to match very well. It is raining today so I will check the trunk tomorrow to make sure it does not leak. Everything looks OK now. I have only had the car back for 2 days but I have not seen any problems.

It is the neatest place of its kind I've ever been to. I hope never to see them again for the obvious reason, but if I do, I could stay all day. I wouldn't mind it one bit. They invited me to come back even if I didn't need a repair. I may take them up on it.

My daddy's 2014 Camry had to have the front bumper replaced, along with a couple other things. The color of the car is called Barcelona Red. It's a burgundy w/ gold medal flakes. PERFECT PAINT MATCH UP JOB!!! P.S.Would have appreciated periodic progress reports on car! BOO-HISS
