Took one week longer than stated completion date. My console felt is missing, my window depressor is missing and their was a scratch on the door which was not there before. Also enterprise was awful with only one car available which was a large Tahoe which did not fit in my parking garage!

Signature was supposed to do body work only and somehow drained my battery, needed to replace a computer module and left my brakes very soft. I have used Signature in the past and it was fine, but this has been a disaster.

Team did a good job keeping me informed of progress. Unfortunately some parts were late to the shop, which was out of their control, but the team explained this right away and keet me in he loop.

My car was returned to me with the interior covered in a thin layer of white powder. There was even a very obvious white hand print on my black seats that could not have gone unnoticed. I have no idea how much it will cost to detail the interior, or if the powder is a hazard to my health. Next time maybe don’t leave the doors open/window down? And also don’t pretend that everything is fine when there’s a obvious white hand print in the back seat!

It's so comforting to have everyone wish customers well, have a good day, we'll keep in touch, etc. This is an exemplary business and we'll recommend it whenever we Zachary you were amazingly caring & gentle with a very elderly gentleman who came in when I was there for a quote. Thank you for your great work & your cooperation letting Safelite install a new windshield while you had our car. I hope all the senior management of this company take note of these comments & give great feedback to these employees????????????

Calling the main desk was impossible because no one ever picked up and the voicemail box was always full, but Noel was great and responsive via email. It was easy to communicate with him because he would either leave me a detailed and informative voicemail or email me back right away. I was happy the car was done well ahead of schedule! I got the email after closing time but still tried to pick up the car. I was helped even though it was closed, which was great because I would be at work all day the next day. It saved me some money with the rental and I got to get my car back early.

Communication was spotty. I received an early morning text and no follow up. I checked for text messages and emails throughout the day, however no updates were made. I called to check status around 4:30 to find it was just about ready. I requested that the manager give me an opportunity to pickup my vehicle because I didn't want to pay for the rental **** more day and I simply wanted my car. He said they closed at 5:00;I noted that the website said 5:30. The manager agreed to have me come and U eas relieved. Improved communication would have prevented angst I encountered.
