It took almost 3 times the estimate and nobody kept me apprised unless I called. When delivered, it was crooked. When straightened, it wasn't cleaned and is covered in smudges. Terrible experience.
The lack of communication, and coordination were highly unprofessional, and taking two weeks for relatively minor repairs is simply unacceptable and without excuse.
Although I could have been better informed about timelines, I was very impressed with the completion of the repair. I was very impressed with how clean the car came back. a simple thing, but I really appreciated it.

3. After returning my rental car enterprise called me and reported damage to the car which I did NOT cause and which no one noticed at the time I dropped off the car- meaning that it was caused at Signature by someone after I dropped off the car. I called geico to report what happened.

The repair should not have taken 7 weeks. It was mishandled. The staff were polite and was unclear who dropped the ball multiple times. Would never go back to Signature or recommend.
My vehicle was partially repaired. Body work done well but clicking noise has not been repaired when turning the wheels.

I just would like to say I'm not so much satisfied for a few reason and one is that the shop new of a problem that I address to the shop when I dropped the car of the guy that attends me didn't not make me aware of the issue that they didn't think the problem cane from the accident, at the point that the car was in the shop. He waited to address the issue when I was picking up the car after they told me it was ready. Also I open the hood on the car and the engine was full of sand dust. My hood had glued particle still left from the tape that was holding up my bumper when I drop it off.

Before I leave a comment on the experience I have had I want to say that I have never felt so compelled to leave a comment before on any company. Now to begin, I have never ever in my life been so dissatisfied in my life with the ethics of a business before until I came to this "business". I loosely use that term because I believe that a business should pride themselves on not only the quality of their product but also on customer service, all if which were a 0 to me based on a 1-10 scale. I was told that my car would be ready by a certain day which was extremely important because I was moving CROSS COUNTRY. So time is of the essence because someone else was with me had already booked a ticket back home. AND I had already booked hotels based on this "timeline" they gave me. And everyone in that shop knew it. I called multiple times a day around the day it was supposed to be finished and NO ONE called me back. Oh but I did talk to Lois or Louis who told me he would call me right back before the day ended and NEVER did. Infact I called the shop 20 mins before they closed to talk to them about it and no one picked up. I was given the run around and operators were unpleasant as well. AND THEN to make things worse, on the day I left for my CROSS COUNTRY move I stop by to see my car and take my belongings, and they yet again ignored me. Imagine hearing "Why hasn't Ms. Kim been taken care of yet?" When finally they take me to my car, they can't even find it! BUT it gets even better! When I get to my car,all of a sudden the back light they put on seemed to not work! Infact! The brake lights seemed to have been off! Wow. Then, wait for it. My brother comes to pick up my car (4 days after they said it would be done and I made it perfectly clear to everyone I talked to that it was time sensitive and they promised me it would be finished in the time I needed) and he has to wait for THIRTY MINUTES. During his lunch break, oh and he works for the government so time is important. Oh and by the way, I was completely understanding and empathetic to your shop because I knew I wasn't the only customer. The only never yelled at anyone and infact, I cried on the phone to one of your only kind operator from the stress. I broke down because you guys made me feel helpless on my move. I literally could do nothing because I had no clue what was really going on with my car. I even explained my situation from day one when I dropped my car off and asked them are you sure you can finish it by that date and they assured me a 100%. Oh and another important fact I told them was that I lived in Norfolk Va and it would take me 3 1/2 hours to get their on a good day and 5-7 on a normal day due to traffic. And I still had to pack my life in my car and get it maintenanced. So that meant I would drive a total of 8 hours avg to get to and from DC. I could go on and on, but what your company needs to realize is that it stole a lot from me. It stole my time with my friends and the memories I could have had in a place I called home for the last 6 years of my life before I moved to the other side of the country. It stole my health from me because of the amount of stress it put me under. It stole my time and once again memories that were not created on this once-in-a-lifetime trip across the country because I was under a time restraint. This "business" stole lots of precious events in my life because they were too scared to call me and tell me what was really going on with my car. I was told my headlights had arrived and that was the last thing needed to finish my car and that was the day before it was supposed to be finished. Then all of a sudden on Fri it's in line to be painted. And then all of a sudden the headlights arrived on Tues,the day I was supposed to leave. I can't even begin to express how outraged I am with your business. A business is built on their word and to me it seems as though your business should be reconsidered. I have been lied to and ignored. I have been robbed of a part of my life that was supposed to be adventurous and exciting and you turned it into a nightmare. This business should be ashamed of themselves and reconsider who works there. Infact when I called the GM and left a message saying it was urgent and time sensitive, no one called me back. I mean come on. The GM? Really?! Unless you are from the top chain of command I do not want to talk to anyone from the "region". I want corporate.
Need to improve on following up on return calls. Although I called inquiring a few times, I was told I will call you back with an update/status, but never received the callback. In office, customer service was very pleasant and professional.
My car was kept 2 weeks longer than it should have. I was not updated on th progress. I was lied to multiple times when I called asking when it would be finished. I was told on multiple occasions the car would be done on that day that I called (saying that the car only had to be cleaned which was not true.). It was really bad experience. Your repairs team had absolutely abysmally atrocious customer service.

Communication was not clear and corrections were not made after I called and left a message. Clerks acted as if didn't know what I was talking about. Too many details of this very bad experiences.
The customer service team at Geico, Signature, and Enterprise were all very attentive and professional. The work was done well in the end, but a few missteps made this process inconvenient and likely cost either Geico or the insured more money, as this work was not being paid for by me.
I received a text at 4:30pm on Thursday indicating my car was ready and to expect a phone call. I didn't receive the phone call until the following morning, and could not pick up the car by 5:30 on Friday when the office closed, due to my own work schedule. I offered to pick it up Saturday but learned this was not an option, so I had to keep the Enterprise rental car we had arranged in advance, after the initial adjustor had indicated he could not promise that my car would be ready Saturday.
The rental process was easy enough. Unfortunately, the car given to me had a “low fuel” warning light on, which Jennifer waived and indicated I could return at this same level. This was very kind, but I still needed gas and incidentally filled up the tank at my own cost because I wasn’t sure how much gas I would need for my use that day and didn’t want the next driver to experience this inconvenience.
Very easy to return the rental at Signature Collision NW Monday, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, the pin stripe had not been put back on my car when the work on my door was completed, so my car was not actually ready. I waited an additional 15-20 minutes while they quickly put the stripes back on. I appreciated that the work was done in the moment, but this did make me unexpectedly late for work, which my office did not appreciate.
Exceptional service. I was very pleased with the professionalism of the team and with work done on my car. Frankly I was surprised at how good the experience was. Service was delivered in record time. Thank you!

Many delays and poor communication. In the end, the work was fine. I had asked for estimates on additional work, but was never provided those either. Given the other issues, I would probably not seek out signature again.

I truly appreciate all of the time and care the professionals at Signature Collision provided to me from start to finish. They did an excellent job and I will definitely recommend them and/or use them again in the future.
When I receive my car back the inside was very dirty. I asked if the car had been vacuumed before I picked it up and was told yes. However there was dust and dirt inside the car and a layer of oil sheen on some of the things that had been put inside one of the compartments. The overall fixing up the car was satisfactory but it was disappointing to get my car back with the inside dirty when I have been told that it had been cleaned.
Job done right, job done on time, car is back to "new".

The wife and I would like to thank your entire team on a job well done. When we picked up the vehicle after completion we where greeted with smiles which means a lot about your business. We had a very very minor issue with the gas door not opening and it was fix by the tech within seconds even though he stated to give him 10 minutes to take a look. The look and driving of it no one can tell it was repaired. Great job overall to the entire team from top to bottom. Plus I have a happy wife united back with her SUV. The gentleman Lou and all of the male employees that I encountered were very helpful and worked expeditiously to have my car repaired before it's expected time. I am pleased with the results so far.
My battery died three blocks from the shop and the windows and top of the car were completely dirty. The emails had incorrect dates from when my car was ready and my keys were lost. I would not come back.
Am uncertain re: Honda, as it has been towed back to your shop. Either the radiator issue is a new one or it may have been a result of the accident. Your
Mechanics will make that judgment call.

I had to call to get an update on my car. I could had my car a day earlier but a technician broke my headlamp bulb and it was delayed by a day, and the shop forgot my door molding piece and now I have to go back and get it repaired to my inconvenience.
The repairs look terrific, especially the blending of the paint. We'll be a repeat customer should the time come.
Although I've had my car back less than 24 hours, it looks great. I hope to feel this way 24 days from now. It looks like brand new on the outside. The staff at Signature Collision was very professional. The whole experience has been informative and painless.

I paid 500 dollars deductible without being told to bring police repor.At the date of incident I was told 200. Totaly unacceptable practice. B/c of your fault I was penalized. I would never recommend geico to anyone. According to police hit and run without emergency need not report immeaditley but can do so within 6 months. I did that got tracking # & will be followed by case#. Thank you

I was very dissatisfied with the service received with the enterprise car rental onsite. I requested a standard car which is covered fully by my insurance; however, I was asked to drive a two door loaner bright yellow bug. The car that I was getting serviced was a 45k 4 door vehicle (mercedes benz). In my opinion, this is not a comparable trade, even for a standard car. The rep (James) indicated that he only had one car and that I would have to wait. It's seems as though the operations should be ramped up in the center because my appointment was held way in advance. To give me one option, and clearly care less about my concerns, has deterred me from ever using this service center again. Also, the geico rep (Mike) seemed to be more concerned about his colleagues feelings, then customer satisfaction. I waited for a long period of time before I was provided a different standard car. Lastly, I was told that I could use my Amex by Mike, but then at the final hour when my car was ready to be picked up, I was verbally told they do not accept American Express? Why is there discrimination against this credit card company?
I recommend providing the collision center staff with customer service and operations training. If you have any additional questions, please do not hesitate in contacting me.

All the people that we dealt with were pleasant and professional.
Customer service AWFUL. I received an automated call saying my car was ready. When I got to the shop, mike, the agent who was handling my case saw me and ran back into the shop perhaps bc he forgot to call me to tell me it wasn't done. So I sat in the waiting area.. I asked Leslie if my car was ready, she said oh yea, it was done it just needed washed and she would check on it. Several minutes went by and she didn't move so I asked her again, she finally got up and went to the back. Minutes later a big came to tell me it wasn't ready and the automated call I received was a mistake. So instead of being honest and owning the mistake I had to sit and wait 20 min after I already walked 3 miles to figure out my car wasn't ready. AWFUL
The repairs took three times longer than estimated. Thy told me I would get a cost estimate the same day, but I had to call several times and even come back to the shop to get it. When the repairs were finally done and I came to pick up my car, they had lost a piece and told me to come back to get it three days later. But I was able to pay and take my car home that day. When I returned to get the missing piece, they randomly told me I owed another 290. A disorganized and frustrating operation at every step.
Excellent service from the front desk to the repair area. The estimator was especially extraordinary in his efforts in his accomodations.

My car was supposed to be ready on a Wednesday. Then it was pushed back to Thursday, then again to Friday. Then I called to see if it was ready and was told it was and to come down and pick it up, but when I got there it wasn't ready. Not only was it a huge waste of my time but it was really far out of my way on a Friday afternoon when traffic was at its worst. Also when I finally got my car back on Monday there is a film/spray on the windshield that won't come off. When the sun shines directly through the windshield it is now almost impossible to see out because of this microfilm/spray that is on the windshield. More issues with the entire experience but too much to write. Will be calling back tomorrow

I was completely satisfied with the repair service but dissapointed with the customer service I received. I received a text staying that my was finished. Previously I received a text that it was almost finished but they had to make some corrections. That is understandable but I contacted the woman regarding that my car was finished. She stated that the Quality Control Manager will check it and she will call me back. She never call me back on Friday. I got to the office today and they said that my car was ready on Friday but I never showed up. I was 10 minutes away from the shop and if she like said she would I would picked up the car and paying a rental fee for over the weekend. I feel that they owe me the exact charge for the rental car.
We are very dissatisfied with the type of material that was used for the repair. It is cheap and the mirror gives a glare and distorts the image. It is unsafe to have a mirror made of this material.
The service was great and the car/rental exchange was quick and ready. I love that I was able to pick between two rentals, since I have two children this was important to me. My car was clean and ready at pick up time.

I have to take my car back. On Friday night after I picked it up, I noticed a part was cracked, the rubber around the trunk was cracked, and the taillight does not work.
Everything was good but I wasn't told about the extra fee for the larger car rental and ever asked for a larger car. They just told me later after I returned it there was an extra fee. Would have actually preferred a smaller rental.

I spoke with management and a piece was missing from my front seat and dirt marks all over. Apparently my car was used to transport parts in the 2.5 weeks in the shop's possession. It is dirty in front and back. It was completely out of gas and the automatic window wasn't functioning. I picked the car up Thursday and while I was parking the check engine light came on and the car started to shimmy. I am taking it to the Mercedes dealer to see what the issue is with the check engine light and the malfunctioning window. The door and sude airbag were part of the repair I'm sure. The guys at Signature were nice and it is an old car and I realize it may be unrelated however the missing piece to the front seat and a small knob from the driver's a/c vent was missing. The stereo was playing Cd's I hadn't listened to in awhile and while I don't mind that the car stereo was used to entertain the workers it is just with the missing piece and the check engine light I feel maybe the quality wasn't there. Hopefully, I will get a clean bill of health from the dealer and Signature will replace the driver seat part as needed.
What a great sanding and repainting job the team did! Perfect color match to our bronze small SUV. We had a nasty scratch before, and now the car is returned to its showroom glory. Thank you!
I got my car back except they didn't replace one part. The person said he was going to get back me, but did not. I called again and he said he will look into it, but nothing has yet to be done.

The service was great,I had one minor issue but it was taken care of promptly.
Handled quickly and easily. Enterprise rental was also smooth. One complaint is that the parking lot is a jumbled mess, between customer parking, vehicles for repair, delivery vehicles, and Enterprise rentals. Was very hard to actually get my vehicle off the lot to drive home.

This is the second time we have used Signature Collision because of someone hitting us. They are simply the best! The men I have dealt with are all very professional, knowledgeable, helpful and polite. Having something wrong with your automobile is never pleasant, but dealing with Signature eases the pain. I really cannot say enough good things about them. They really are the best and they do beautiful work.
Everyone was very good at talking through my questions and concerns. The only thing that I believe could use a change would be the automatic texts I received that didn't coincide with the actual work progress that had been done on my car.

The processing side of the procedure was efficient from the moment I walked in. The assessment was quick and expert. The actual repair work was excellent and it was done quickly. Moreover, I believe that my faulty key must have been corrected by SC personnel, because it now works perfectly. My car was washed and detailed so well that I feel I am in a new vehicle.
