Took 8 days instead of 3 and not once was I contacted or apologized to. No one bothered to call tonorovide status updates. I had to call and when I was told it was almost done Monday, it’s be ready Tuesday by afternoon, I called at 3pm and they said no it’ll be ready Wednesday.
