Everything was perfect except the drivers side window was replaced and not tinted. I drove away not realizing that one of my six windows were not tinted. I had to schedule another day without the vehicle for it to be tinted and now it doesn’t match the passenger window tint exactly.
Other than that, the experience was excellent.

Charlie and her crew are exceptional folks. They always go beyond and above with the work they do. Their customer service is out of speck. They can teach other departments how to treat customers.
I told my insurance company Charlie and her respect for the customer and their car is why we keep coming back to nissan.

The leather on the driver's side door where the vehicle was damaged, was not even looked at. I even asked when I picked it up if the interior was checked and was told absolutely. Also where they attempted to blend the back door you can easily see issues

The repair was on headlamp washers, they did not function after the repair. When I called the Collision Center I was told to call the maintenance dept for repair. I am waiting 6 weeks to the available appointment. I feel this should have been arranged by the collision center and expedited. This is a lack of customer service.
