I am beyond pleased with the service I have experienced with your company. They were understanding of a vacation that we had coming up and were quick to start the work and get it done so we didn't have to rent a car. Theresa M was specifically who I felt with through the process and she sent and email every stage of the way. She was also quick to respond to my emails about status updates and assuring me we would have the car by Friday! The kicker and the best part of the whole experience was that they delievered my car directly to my house when it was complete. This means so much as a stay at home mom because it can be so hard to find someone to come with during the day to get your car! I will always recommend your company to anyone who needs it and will be using you in the future if need (hopefully I don't, lol) thank you again for everything!

They called before the car arrived to make sure I knew they would be taking care of the car. They also called when they got the car. They let us know every day what they were doing. They let us know whem the car was done. They cleaned the inside and outside of the car which I didn't expect. When I picked up the car they set up the return of the rental. As I started the car a bulb blew that was unrelated to the damage. However they handed me a new one and so I went home with a working car.

The actual repair of the outside of my car was good, however the inside of my car smells like cleaning fumes and it is so bad it gave me a headache while I drove my car home. Also I opened my glove box (inside my car) and it was coated it what looked like white smears from a cleaning product. First off, no one should have opened my glove box and second the inside on my car should not have been wiped down with cleaning products. My car smells so bad that I cannot drive it.
It took them two weeks to repair my car when I was told a week .
It took additional time because they broke something when they were trying to repair it. I had to pay for it. They said it was something you can use once. When the car was returned to me my arm rest was broken off. It was not broken when I gave them the car.
Marcie did a great job of keeping me posted throughout the repair process. She left me detailed voice mail, was professional and very friendly. I have worked with this team a number of times and I am always grateful for their excellent customer service and high quality of work. Many thanks!
