The boys at this shop were wonderful! I stopped bye to gather information about replacing 4 bulbs on my Chevy cruze. before I knew it, Ben was in the car and it's being driven into the shop and being jacked up by a second fellow-(He looked like a teddy bear) . The bulbs were installed in 15 min. I was so very impressed. I will not hesitate to bring my vehicle to this shop If I have any future questions or needs. Thanks Ben!

Car was not completely finished as informed. Additional work needs to be performed before we can pick it up. This is not the first time we have experienced this at this location.
From start to finish, there was little to no communication unless we called in to get updates. What should have been a 3-4 week job (from the initial timeline) turned into almost 2 months. We were being passed from the store manager to the customer manager like a hot potato. Totally unacceptable!
Did a great job with a major repair. Car looks like new! Even the inside was soo clean!

I truly experienced my time with Abra. I’ve had horrible experience the last (eden prairie location and was guaranteed to come back, but it was so different this time. Jill was always friendly and gave me the updates that I needed. My car not only looks amazing but drives so well. All the other staff are so friendly and I’ve truly appreciated working with the Savage team.

After I received my car back, I noticed my airbag light was on and would not go off. I called back immediately and they fixed it with a day.
I received my car back again and my check engine light was now on. Again they assessed the problem, told me exactly what the problem was and what to tell the dealer when I took it in for repair. I found today that I ‘be been charged 2 days rental fee when I was to no rental fee. Not my fault car took a month to repair
I'm not one to usually leave reviews or comments, but was very satisfied with the level of detail and communication throughout the process. Especially when the job was complete I was able to obtain a thorough walk through of the work done with answering all my questions while truck was on the lift. Overall very satisfied with the work completed, customer service, and details.
Took longer than expected. I do appreciate there is lifetime warranty should something go wrong.

I had damage to my drivers side door on the inside while in it was supposed to be fixed. Nancy is going to look into it to have it repaired. Also I had a nail in my front passenger tire that wasn’t there when I put my car in your care. I had that fixed at Firestone. I was truly disappointed. I had also zeroed out my miles on the car to see how far you all would drive it and it 23 miles on it.
