My service guy was great. However the work was incomplete and I had to return my vehiavle under FiX IT warrery status the same day. Side not the repainted components had a lot of dirt particles imbedded into to the clear cote. Finish work on the edges of the repainted components were not probably sanded. Over all work appeared to be slightly above average the details were definitely overlooked. Although would come back again nobody is perfect I really did appreciate the attention to make it right. In this regard I give the experience a 9 out of 10. I might be easy because I have multiple vehicles and having this vehicle have stay longer did not affect my mobility

Fix auto was very professional with everything and helped fix the damage to my car. The vehicle looks exactly the way it was before and Tina was a great help the entire time. She kept me posted almost every day with how the work was going on my car and continued to give me updates on the estimated completion time which I really appreciated.

Everyone that I dealt with were professional and it was done right the first time. From the paper work to the repair. The car was ready earlier than expected. Also a lot cleaner than expected. I hope I never need body work again but if I do I know who will do the repair.
