It took longer than I was inifitally told for my repairs. Then I had to call to get status updates on the repairs. The most important issue I have is with the actual work. My bumper was replaced. Prior to bringing my car to heritage for repairs my truck functioned properly. More specifically the parktronic system on my truck functioned properly. I picked my car up on Friday morning and noticed my parktronic system was malfunctioning. I returned to heritage on Monday and was informed that heritage was not responsible for the malfunctioning & I needed to take it to a Mercedes dealership to have the system diagnosed and pay out of pocket for the repairs. Again my car was functioning fine when I first brought my car in for repairs. The parktronic sensors are located in the bumper which is what heritage replaced. Heritage is trying to shift the blame to the impact of the car being hit & telling me to contact my insurance. I am very displeased with the service ,customer servo & quality of work. I will be contacting heritage corporate offices to further pursue my complaint. I should not have to come out of pocket for any repairs that heritage is responsible for.

Beginning to end - experience was good. Initial appt to drop of car was quick & thorough. I was updated on estimate & time required for repairs. Car was ready for pickup on day promised. Very satisfied.

All in all everyone was sympathetic and wonderful but there was a misunderstanding about when I could pick up the car and when trying to pay my deductible I was forced to use a method of payment I really didn't want to because the equipment wasn't working. Thanks for all the rest. I appreciated especially having car washed, vacuumed and help putting car seats back in. I was treated with great respect and courtesy.

Fast service.Convenient.Car was cleaned inside and out.My car looked great when I picked it up. I did not receive updates regularly.I was unsure when repairs were made to my car. Receptionist at office had unprofessional pictures on work computer.Not something that customers should see while waiting to be helped.

Car was supposed to be sent up for oil change, never was. There wasn't any communication between the body shop and service department. I called on Friday they said that they would take care of it and it would be ready on Saturday. I called on Saturday and the service department still didn't have the vehicle and didn't know what was going on. I went to pick up the vehicle on Saturday and they eventually did the oil change after I went to pick the car up. Found out that the vehicle needed to be cashed out first but it was never communicated to me. Very disappointed in the customer service. It was a total lack of communication on both departments. The body shop did a good shop though.
