I do not understand why the "update" e-mails kept changing the "days" my car would be kept. It went from 2 to 7. When I questioned the time, my contact got very annoyed with me. When I got mad over the e-mail that said Monday or Tuesday, when I had made it clear I need the car back Thursday, Friday at the latest, my contact was less than polite. Further communications were also less than polite.

The experience was great and in a timely manner. My only complaint was the parking lot especially with the recent snowfall. It was very difficult to navigate and to get onto Harford Road.

Please do NOT contact me. I just wanted to say that it took TWO WEEKS for me to get my car back. I was told several times different days that my car would be ready then received a phone call before that day with some excuse as to why my car wouldn't be ready. It was completely unacceptable and a hassle to go through. I would not recommend anybody to take their car here.

First time being here, got into an accident and geico insurance recommended this place. At first was skeptical, but I would definitely recommend it for body work. They needed to replace a door and under carriage, and painting was perfection--I have a green (color only made in 2008 Ford and Mazda) and I can't tell the difference. Job well done!

Excellent job by your team. Chris Morrill is a complete superstar. Not only did he walk through the intended repair work and discuss timelines, he also kept in contact with me throughout the process. It was completely unexpected and greatly appreciated when he called to not only update me on the status of the repair, but also on the satisfaction of the rental car. Due to work, I was out of town the day the car was completed, but Chris smoothly handled that too and coordinated to have the rental car extended until I returned. I don't mean to neglect the rest of the repair facility, but Chris really was the point man and did a phenomenal job. Thank you. The car looks perfect.
