The company was formerly known as Body Tec. Unfortunately I didn't read their reviews before I took my car to be fixed. My car was rear ended 7 weeks ago, as soon as I got approval from the insurance, I took it to Body Tec. They were the only shop who could take it right away, and there's a reason. They will tell you that they call you twice a week with updates. They'll also tell you that they have expert technicians, neither of which is the truth. After 2 weeks they called and said the work was finished. I got there and there was a huge scratch that wasn't there when I dropped it off and the bumper on one side was not flush against the lights. Then they tell me they need to replace a sensor, which took another 2 weeks, once they replace the sensor then they said something else went out and they needed to send it to the dealership. This took another 2 weeks, now the dealership has said there's problem with the battery and alternator and they're saying it's my responsibility. I haven't had the car for 6 weeks and I drove it to them with no mechanical issues. To add insult to injury, they stopped taking my calls nor will they return them. The entire experience has been unprofessional and unethical. At this point, I still don't have my car back. Please save yourself the frustration. Find a reputable body shop. There's a reason they don't have a waitlist!

Took my little Alfa in with no appointment, and it was no problem. In the end it was no worries as the little fender bender was quickly fixed. I felt like it went by really quick as my service writer "Reyes" continuously kept me informed. Thank you Reyes
