Kevin Nellis far exceeded my expectations. I went and got 3 quotes total and came back to Chapman due to his communication and openness regarding the quote. I was not disappointed my truck looks like it never happened, he really was my advocate in regards to the insurance company and you built a customer for life. I will tell anyone that needs work done to go see Kevin!!

Alex was good, I was a little frustrated that I dropped our vehicle off on a Monday morning and was told it would probably be done most likely by that Friday, possibly the following Monday. He said someone would be in touch to let me know what was going on that week. I never heard from anyone and finally called on Thursday afternoon to see when we would get our car back. It was then that I found out the car had been sitting there the whole week and it wouldn’t be done until the next Wednesday. Frustrated no one ever called to give me the status of the car. I told him I would like someone to keep me posted moving forward and he was really good at keeping me up to date. Just shouldn’t have had to call in the first place. Overall we are happy with the repair just could’ve used some better communication throughout the process.

My car looks great!

They had assured me they would call me with estimates and updates. I had to call them multiple times to get an estimate on my window. When they would call me back with updates, they were very confused on which car was mine and would mix my car with other peoples cars which was very confusing and frustrating. They also said my car was sitting waiting to be approved by insurance to work on but when I called the insurance company they said they approved everything.

Excellent customer service and fantastic job on the repair. My vehicle was done on time and the final cost was just as quoted. Although I do hope I don’t have to come back, I definitely would.

Great job on all repairs, repairs were made within a timely fashion other than problems with the insurance approval. Chapman BMW did not effectively communicate with the Chapman collision center and the employees at the collision center are not good at returning calls, they say they are supposed to get back to the customers within one business hour but I called multiple times and left voicemails but did not receive a call back. Overall I am satisfied with the repairs and customer service.
