Repairs took longer than estimated. (**** week due to Insurance Co.). Status updates were appreciated but at times not clear as to actual status. In the end, even though quality control was completed a seat belt buckle was damaged and not fixed prior to delivery. Also noticed a chip in the paint on the hood that was not there when I left the vehicle with Freeman.

My contact, Billie Griggs was wonderful from beginning to end of the experience. He went beyond the requirements for good customer service. Repair was done efficiently and on time. Freeman Collision was flexible and helpful in getting my car to them and getting it back. I will recommend them to my friends.

The repair as done looks fine. Mike was Very helpful starting process. Problem is wrong hood is on my truck. It was to be the "scoop" hood. I had agreed to pay acknowledged difference. I usually argue about paying the deductible - get the money from insurance. I did not, thinking I had gotten my hood - let everyone be happy work is done is reasonable time frame. In the end: when pickup was handed over, deductible paid and hood NOT what expected. After more than a dozen vehicles bought at Freeman, I guess I expected more than just "job completed". Randy

I would like to state that the work performed on my car was done well and I approved of the work done on my car. I was not happy with the amount of time it took to get my car repaired. My car was in the shop for about a month which I had no indication it would take that long in the beginning. Although my main contact was nice and personable he didn't seem to have a sense of ergency and never gave me personally a date or estimated date on when my car would be ready. It was also difficult to get in contact with him. On more than one occasion when he voiced he would call me back he did not and I would have to call to get any information on my car. There was little to no apathy about my situation from anyone I interacted with at freeman which was very disheartening. It seemed like no one was concerned about my vehicle. Also there was a lack of communication between the group it seemed. I would make arrangements with one person and then when I got there I had to reexplain why I was there as if I walked off the street and wasn't expected at all. In conclusion the work done on my car was done well but he updates about my car and customer service of the staff was poor and needs improvement.

A few bumps along the way and a long time in the shop but, the work on the car is excellent. There was never any doubt that the job wouldn't be finished until it looked great. Thanks to David Pearson and Marcus Barr for all their effort to help get the job done and putting up with me.

I bought my car to Freeman after the previous shop was unsuccessful in making the repairs after an accident. They were able to diagnose the remaining issues and repair appropriately.
