they were friendly. fast and very informative about what would take place in repairing my vehicle. they were recommended to me by my boyfriend and I can see why. if anything ever happens again I will definitely be bavk. I'll send my friends there as well.
little extra--they even vacuumed my vehicle, cleaned my dash, side doors, consules. everything and washed my car!!! I was not expecting that. amazing service!

The experience of getting in an accident in a different state from where we live was certainly difficult. The at fault driver's insurance company as well as our own have been so hard to work with. Jackie and Golden Nugget have been the easiest part of this rough situation. We really appreciate the updates on progress, Jackie went out of her way to call me at least 3 different times to let me know what was going on with our car.

We wish we had been notified about the radiator support bracket that wasn't fixed by the prior shop beforehand so we had the opportunity to have THAT shop address it. We are still concerned about the gaps on the hood allowing too much water into the engine compartment and possibly causing damage to the interior. We also don't understand how the radiator support bracket on the bottom of the radiator can affect gaps on the hood as the gaps were not as large prior to hitting the deer.
