Repair work was quoted to take 3 days and it ended up taking over 11 days. Very little follow up to let me know it was going to take much longer than expected. You should ensure you have all the parts necessary for a repair before having your customer drop off their vehicle. Plus, no rental vehicles available.

The vehicle was fine and they detailed my vehicle plus reduced the repair cost. What wasn't acceptable was the appointment was scheduled three weeks prior to bringing it in on November 15th. It was there at 8 am that day with expected repairs to take approximately 2 or 3 days. It was completed om November 26th after several delays and phone calls. Completely unacceptable.
The customer service was excellent and the efficiency and quick timeliness of getting my vehicle back was great. The vehicle was exceptionally clean.
