There was some nicks that was done when my panel flew off and to my understanding everything that was caused from the panel flying off was suppose to be repaired. But when I picked up my van there was still the nicks but an employee of your told me that they put a clear coat of paint over it and that would prevent it from getting rust. But I thought everything caused from the incident was suppose to be repaired.

The work was great! And the staff was very friendly and helpful. the only thing I wasn't completely satisfied with was the fact that my car wasn't finished when they said it would be. I had to pay to have the rental car for 4 extra days.

A service was offered that ultimately was not performed. When replacing the rear bumper, it was arranged to touch up two spots on the front bumper. The touch up never occurred.

Estimated repair time was an issue. i picked up my car 2 days after originally promised. Perhaps someone could anticipate delays and let the customer know several days before original date (which is date we base our plans on) Otherwise, superb job!

my truck was estimated to be finished on 2/28. I got my truck back on 3/11. I know some things couldn't be helped and were out of your hands. But still, that's a long time. I am really happy about the quality of your work.

This was one of the worst customer service I ever experienced! First, I had my car estimated so they can figure out what parts to order.. They had about a month to order the part before I had my scheduled date. They told me that it would take about a week to finish my car so I figured ok...I'll rent a car for a week. Throughout the week I was getting e-mails from the bodyshop about the status of my car. As it came close to completion, I called the body shop to see when I can pick up my car. The worker told me that they didn't even get the part yet! So all this time, they had my car at the shop just sitting there! I told them about the e-mails that I was receiving that my car was getting fixed. They told me that I should disregard the e-mails cause it was not functioning! Then I aked them why didn't they call me about this cause I could have used my car instead of using a rental....They had no answer!! All they told me that they will have the part next week! 3 days after, I had this conversation with the bodyshop worker a representative called me saying that they had bad news! She told me that the part that they ordered during the estimate didn't go through. Dah!! I know that! It took you over a month to tell me that! I told her that I called a couple of days ago to find out that the part was not in and now she decided to call me about the missing part! Again, they didn't really apoligize to me about the misunderstanding. Finally, when the part came in, they were fixing my car and I got a message on my phone saying that my car will be ready on Friday. When friday came, I called them that I received their phone message that my car was ready for pick-up. To my big suprise!! the man that left me the message told me that it wasn't ready cause they still needed to paint my car!! Why the hell did you leave me a message saying that my car was ready...he told me he was mistaken. He told me that it will be ready on the following Monday. I picked up my car on monday pretty pissed off at this company. As I was driving I noticed that the passenger window where the work was being done was not working properly. So now, they messed up with the electrical part of car!! To sum up....they told me the car will be fixed in a week took more like a month to fix plus I had to rent a car for a month. I will definitly tell my insurance company State Farm to not use this bodyshop for their clients! I forgot, I have to go back to this **** bodyshop so they can fix the electrical part of the window...they told me it shouldn't take to long.....yeah right!! I heard that before!!!

A little closer detail could of been performed during installation of parts and decals after the repair and paint. There are a few things I need to come back for that I have noticed since picking up my vehicle.

All the people who worked at Honda Windward Autobody were skilled at their jobs. They were thorough, patient, kind, and well-organized. The service and customer support were excellent! The staff went "above and beyond the call of duty", and were very helpful to me. I would recommend Honda Windward Autobody to a friend.
