I’ll start with my very first contact with your company. I spoke with Charlene. You’ve got the perfect person working your call center! I have NEVER felt so at ease in dealing with this kind of situation. I was having a rotten day, but Charlene had me laughing by conversations end. Commend her customer service and fantastic work ethic/attitude! Then, from Gabe to Ms Longo to the car rental to having my car back sooner than expected, I was made to feel like my business really mattered to them. They fully explained EVERYTHING, did excellent work, and like I said before, got my car finished ahead of schedule, all of which is completely unheard of these days. Most businesses treat customers with a rude attitude. Not yours. I’m going to definitely recommend your business to everyone that I know who needs a car repaired. Plus, my vehicle looks brand new - inside and out. I could go on and on, but you’ve got excellent staff and do excellent work. What more could anybody expect?? THANK YOU

So the whole process was a nightmare. I called and spoke to Abdullah who informed me that all the parts were ordered and assembly was in proces and don't call us again we will call you. **** hr later I get a call saying saying that we just ordered the parts and won't be in until Monday deceptive call number **** deception number 2 was from Gabe saying my vehicle was in the reassemble process when it was actually complete. The vehicle sat in the same spot for 3 days. Vehicle was promised on on 13 January 2018. Picked vehicle up after delivery promised date 15 January 2018 with a scratch in the hood and the check engine light on. This was after the comprehensive QC process. Totally unsatisfactory and complacency.

Everything going well up to two days before my predicted delivery with daily comments by email and a weekly phone call. However I waited until 3 PM Friday the day of delivery to call and was told that they needed to check and call back. They did one hour later and I was told the car would be ready on Monday. Again I had to call and I was told Tuesday. They did start to contact me and the car was finally ready on Wednesday. By waiting till the last minute each day, I had to cancel many plans. I understand the need to make sure things are right before I get the vehicle back, but early notice would have been appreciated. There was a few plastic covers on the seat not put back in place but left loose.
Very courteous, timely, and kept us informed at every step of the process. Our vehicle was returned in a very nice appearance inside and out
