Took 5 weeks to perform a quoted 4 day job, did not fix all dents in door, did not clean truck when done, have not received 10% off refund after two weeks. Did not fix check engine oil light. Did not replace fuel filter or note light was on in five weeks time. Did not check truck for proper operation after repairs and five weeks in shop.

I believe that my right front tire was damaged as a result of the accident that brought me in. It was not noticed or replaced. Also when the vehicle was released back to me the bumper facade was not replaced correctly. The side that was hit is installed and fits snugly, however the opposite side now is off and I now have to go back at another time to have them reinstall it correctly. Causing further loss of work time.

Joe and Nick were great. While in your shop my paint on my truck was damaged. The fix required buffing one side and repainting the hood. I'm not at all happy about that. This is the second time my truck was damaged while in your shop. Seems to be a trend.

It doesn't look like anything ever happened to my car how more perfect Kennett be it's clean it's gorgeous they help me remember how to work everything they went out of their way to do a few extra little things for me I'm very pleased

The headlight is not lined up correctly with the body line. The gap between the bumper and the headlight is off. There is an imperfection in the paint. Please call my husband, Earl, to discuss these issues. ****-****-xxxx.

Everyone was very polite and respectful. They did great work my car was even washed and it looked like it was vacuumed out they were I would take my vehicle's back there. I've also recommended them to my friends who need work done because I just like them there

The car was not clean at all outside and grease on my seats & white dust all over the dashboard and the inside drivers door was covered with dirt from shoes kicking it. The body where the damage was had not been buffed out well, Nick in the body shop got a rag and was buffing on it. When I got home I could see in the shade that the paint looks like it isn't smooth where they had to repaint. Kinda looks like a sponge or rag was applied when paint was wet. So I called my insurance agent and reported it. I will be bringing it back on Monday morning. No I am not happy with my experience.
