I really appreciate the professional service and friendly and welcoming feeling exhibited by all of your employees, from the first phone call I received just after I contacted Farmers about the accident up until the day I picked up my repaired truck. Hard to find that level of service these days. I'll be back if I ever need your services again.

I have trusted M S Auto to do my repairs and you all have came through each time. I am not good with names but the lady that took me to my vehicle was very professional. Because of her great professionalism if I have to have repair on my vehicle I will personally ask for her. I am very picky when it comes to my Jeep. And she made me feel comfortable and treated me with kindness as if it was her vehicle. Now that's what I call great customer service. Great job M S Auto and to your great staff. I am very satisfied with my Jeep. ????

Staffs are friendly & I was notified on the status of the repair
Only thing is that the car wasn’t ready at 4:30pm as I was told by one of the staffs, and I ended up waiting about 30 min.
But overall I am satisfied with MS auto and the car looks new!

I realize that in Hilo it may take longer to get an appointment to do the repair job. After the initial wait for parts, etc my repair was done quickly and efficiently. Thank you to MS auto for a great job. Also a special mahalo to Clay and Manuel for their personal service.
