Totally disappointed. The service was fine but got stuck with a week long rental car bill because I trusted the information given to me by Talitha Davis. After speaking with her several times she assured me that I would not be charged for the days I was out of town (I had given her prior notice). I spoke with her 3 times to make sure I was okay, she assured me I was but got a HUGE surprise when I returned the rental and picked up my car. I will NEVER send anyone here again if there is a rental involved and I won’t be returning.

I like the updates that I received on the progress with my car. The staff was very helpful they made me feel comfortable with the no hassle process. I got to the dealership almost at closing time but they did not rush me out of the door. I really appreciated the kind smokes and I was pleased with the work done. My car was clean and back looking like the day I bought it. Thank you
