Communication is key. We were told the date of completion was one day , we rearranged schedule and got a new date of completion.. while in route not once but twice... the credibility of communication between the Geico rep and body shop is horrible. Also it took me about 30 minutes on the phone to even get a person on the phones he DditionL days to obtain a status update. I wasn’t told there was a delay In ordering which caused the rental car to be held over the time which Geico pays for it even Though no fault of my or , I was forced to pay for the extra days out of pocket which Bob of Orisman he was t not paying for. The service was disappointing . I was told I could drop the rental car off but no one notified the rental car company it was there... I am not pleaser

Right front wheel needed to be replaced after the car was returned. The car pulls to the right apparently knocked out of alignment when pushed against the curb. The bottom of the drivers door needs to be buffed out where the paint has collected in a clump. Sound proof lining underneath the left front fender was left unsecured and hanging. There was very little follow up and quality control.

I brought my Kia in to be fixed. The door was closing worse than after the accident when I picked it up. It’s been an entire week. It’s still there.

I received a text thanking me for picking up my car but I haven't done so because I have not been notified that it's ready. I called to get information about this and there were no service advisors available. It would be nice to have accurate and up to date information.

GOT THE CALL FRIDAY LATE TO P/U CAR TOLD THEM I COULD NOT BUT IT WAS CALLING FOR RAIN AND THE ROOF STILL WAS NOT COMPLETE PER OUR CONVERSATION ABOUT TAKING THE CAR TO A VOLO DEALERSHIP & CHECKED I WAS TOLD THEY WERE AWARE OF THIS AND EVERYTHING WAS UNDER CONTROL.WELL WENT BY THE DEALERSHIP AND HAVE PICTURES THAT IT WAS NOT UNDER CONTROL ANY WATER DAMAGE IS NOW ON YOU I WILL BE THERE AND TALKING TO SOMEONE IN THE MORNING!!!!!! .
