I am happy with the final result and the repairs that were done. I was very disappointed by the way I was treated throughout the process and I hope that by the mistakes make in my experience are a valuable learning tool for future customers. The communication was poor at best, while I was given updates on the progress it was through my own follow-up. I was not called back when I was told I would get an update on numerous occasions. When I was initially told that my car was ready to be picked up, my car was not repaired correctly. The bumper obviously did not fit properly on my car and there were problems with the paint job (sloppy work). When I brought this to Janie’s attention she said, “are you sure it wasn’t like that before.” This was in reference to the replacement bummer that did not fit properly. She offer to fix the paint repairs and was trying to persuade me to take the car as it was. If the shop had done proper quality control and fixed their error and explained the situation I would have had no issues. The fact that there was no quality control after the obvious error with the replacement part, and the blatant disregard the integrity of the work that was done, I was very upset and frustrated with the shop. This created a sense of unreliability and trust. It was then that I redirected all communications through the insurance company representative who inturn communicated directly with the manager, Nicole. When I arrived to pickup my car the second time the repairs were done to my satisfaction. There was a dent/smudge that incurred at the shop and Nicole took responsibility for the repair and arranged to have it fixed fixed. I appreciate how Nicole handled the situation. She did a great job. I believe she has the leadership skills to use this experience as a learning experience for her team members.

Cesar Marquez was very courteous and friendly as he assisted us with our claim. Justin Warren explained in detail the options available and the costs to fix our Honda CVR. His projected finish date was accurate. The finished product looks as though the car wasn’t involved in an accident. We are very satisfied.

The paint job was acceptable but the QC was very bad. Our car roof still has multiple duct tape, not sure on how can the QC got pass. If you need photos , let me know. And we have not removed the tapes yet. Ping P

Very friendly environment. Walked in and was helped right away. Any questions that i had about my repairs were answered and explained step by step. I was informed at what was being doing and how long it would take at all times.

The job was completed to my satisfaction. However, I was promised to be completed before the weekend and if the bumper had been dismantled like I had advised when I brought the vehicle in then they would have known that there would have been more damage than originally seen. With that said, I missed my youngest sons birthday party because it was out of town and we couldn’t fit the whole family in our other vehicle. Other than that the vehicle looks amazing.
