Overall very satisfied! Just one thing i did not like. Had to wait for 30min to get the car detailed. Just miscommunication. Very happy customer.

I am happy just wish someone would have communicated that a part wasnt in before i picked up car so that i didnt have to miss time from work due to getting the part put on as i work in doctors office and cannot get there

Gino's told me my car was ready for pick up today. I came to pick up my car and was just handed my keys. No one walked out with me to show me the repairs that was completed. I felt that was very unprofessional of a company to do that to their customer. After they've received the insurance money. I went out to my car on my own note it was well before they closed . So don't make that an excuse. I went to my car only to find out the poor paint job had ran dripping that had already dried. I went back into Genod immediately and told the woman at the front . She said we already closed out you case. She said come back in two weeks. Really this is now how you're going to treat me s loyalty customer. I drive off. After ridding down the street about 2 Minuit came back feeling so taken advantage of. How dare you guys treat me this way, I went in and told them they need to fix my car, give me that rental back. I got back in and about 3 hours got a call back ssyiymy car is ready. Again, my car was botched up, Ginos had tried to buff the paint drippings lumps down a bit, but I could see that this was poor quality dorky. I am not happy with the quality of their work and will not EVER come back. Now I wished I would have went to mike's auto body. Gino's customer starter out goo but the results and quality of the body work- Poor!

The work done to my car was beyond great. Considering the fact that the front of my car was completely wrecked, the fact that I can't even tell anything was wrong with it makes me so happy. Brenda at the desk was so nice and answered every question I had. I would definitely bring my car back in the future if I ever need any work done. I appreciate the care that was put into my car it really means a lot.
